Commissioner Charlie Williams represents District 1. He was elected to the County Commission in 2012. Prior to being a Chambers County Commissioner, Mr. Williams worked for West Point Pepperell for 12 years and Kimberly Clark Corporation for 25 years. Commissioner Williams now resides in Lanett.

Commissioner Doug Jones represents District 2, and currently serves as the Commission Chairman. He was elected to the County Commission in 2016. Commissioner Jones is a native of LaFayette and currently resides there. Commissioner Jones retired from the Chambers County Board of Education after 28 years of service. He also served 17 years as a Chambers County employee. Now, Commissioner Jones is the pastor at New Harmony Baptist Church and Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church.

Commissioner James “Moto” Williams represents District 3. He was elected to the Chambers County Commission in 2018, and has served 7 years since. He resides in Mount Olive. He retired from the State of Alabama after 33 years with the Forestry Commission. Commissioner Williams has also been involved with the volunteer fire department for 40 years.

Commissioner Bradford represents District 4 and is the current Commission Vice Chairman. He was elected to the County Commission in 2016, and is completing his ninth year as a commissioner. He is a graduate of Valley High School, Southern Union State Community College, Auburn University, and Tuskegee University. Mr. Bradford worked in education in both Chambers County and Troup County for a total of 39 years. Commissioner Bradford is a lifelong resident of Chambers County. As a Commissioner, Mr. Bradford has enjoyed implementing the county-wide roadside litter campaign in partnership with Alabama PALS. Chambers County has won 3 consecutive county awards from this program.

David Eastridge

Commissioner David Eastridge represents District 5. He has served a total of 27 years on the Chambers County Commission, not all years being consecutive. He worked for the Chambers County Board of Education for 21 years as a small engine mechanic instructor. Commissioner Eastridge also owns a small business, Dave's Small Engine Repair.

Commissioner Debra Riley represents District 6. She was elected to the Chambers County Commission in 2018. During her time as a commissioner, she graduated from the Alabama Local Government Training Institute. She is a graduate of Auburn University and Troy State. She is a retired health educator with the Chambers County School System and a retired National Registered Paramedic and a Registered Nurse. Commissioner Riley's passion is building a stronger Chambers County through mental health and leadership initiatives.
